We conduct court cases concerning real estate, such as liquidation of co-ownership, division of real estate, cases for removal of discrepancies between the legal status of real estate disclosed in the Land and Mortgage Register and cases for obtaining security interests on real estate. We also prepare legal analyses of real estate, prepare and give opinions on real estate purchase contracts, take part in commercial negotiations related to the purchase and sale of real estate.
