Artur Leszczyński, Legal Counsel

Owner of the law firm

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University. He started his legal practice at the law firm in 2003, under the auspices of a long-standing advocate and academic employee of the Jagiellonian University. He gained further professional experience in capital companies as an in- house lawyer. He held positions in capital companies as President of the Management Board and proxy. He was a member of the supervisory boards of capital companies, including a commercial law company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. He acted as a proxy for shareholders at General Meetings of Shareholders and General Meetings of Stockholders. He gained further professional experience in rendering services to business entities, mainly commercial law companies but also to private individuals, by providing legal assistance within the Law Firm. He obtained registration on the list of legal counsels in 2011.

Specialises in providing services to business entities, mainly commercial law companies, institutional clients from the public finance sector and private individuals. Experienced specialist in business litigation, service of business entities, law of obligations. He has extensive experience in litigation. Represents both business and institutional clients and private individuals in the course of amicable dispute resolution (through negotiations, mediation), as well as in court proceedings and at the enforcement stage.

He has handled many investment processes in both the private and public sector, from legal analysis of real estate through the conclusion of the real estate sales contract, implementation of the construction process to obtaining decisions that conclude investment proceedings (obtaining an occupancy permit).

Since 2012, he has been involved with the local government as a plenipotentiary of the President of the Capital City of Warsaw. He has extensive professional experience in providing services to, among others, subsidiary units of the City of Warsaw and their bodies.

Provides day-to-day services for commercial law companies, deals with the creation of new business entities as well as providing legal assistance in their day-to-day operations.

Artur Kobierecki

Legal Counsel

Legal counsel, member of the District Chamber of Legal Counsels in Warsaw, he obtained his entry on the list of legal counsels in 2017.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw (graduation year 2013). He has been working with the office of Law Firm – Artur Leszczyński, Legal Counsel since 2014. Prior to that, he gained professional experience in one of Warsaw’s law firms. He specialises in public procurement law, labour law and educational law. He also has practice in representing parties in litigation and in providing ongoing legal services to local government organisational units.

Sylwia Dubiel–Nazaruk

Legal Counsel

Legal counsel, member of the District Chamber of Legal Counsels in Warsaw, she obtained her entry on the list of legal counsels in 2020.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Rzeszow (graduation year 2015). As part of the Erasmus programme, she completed one semester of legal studies at the Faculty of Law of Universidad Pablo de Olavide in Seville. During her studies, she was actively involved in volunteering to help people harmed by crime. She has been working with the Law Office Artur Leszczynski since 2016. Her professional interests focus on educational law, labour law, social welfare law, civil law and criminal law. She has professional practice in representing parties in court proceedings and in providing ongoing legal services to local government organisational units.

Katarzyna Wieczorek

Legal Counsel

Legal counsel since 2015, registered on the list of legal counsels of the District Chamber of Legal Counsels in Warsaw.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law, Canon Law and Administration of the Catholic University of Lublin, majoring in Law.

She also completed postgraduate studies at the Academy of Law Practitioners in the field of “Investment and construction process for lawyers” at Lazarski University in Warsaw.

She deals with local government, civil and administrative law. In her practice, she focuses mainly on issues related to the investment and construction process and real estate law. In addition, she has many years of experience in advising on business and commercial law. She provides services to local government units and entrepreneurs, where she provides services, among others, in the field of preparing and issuing opinions on contracts, drawing up legal opinions and legal representation.

Agata Trojak

Legal Counsel

Legal counsel, member of the District Chamber of Legal Counsels in Warsaw. Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Łódź.

She provides comprehensive services to business entities, as part of which she provides legal assistance in, inter alia, preparing and giving opinions on draft contracts, drawing up legal opinions, providing legal advice and consultations related to the day-to-day activities of entrepreneurs.

The practice area includes legal services for both private entities as well as units of the public finance sector at government and local government level.

Effective and experienced litigator – has extensive experience in complex litigation, representing both individual clients and business entities at all stages of proceedings (pre-litigation, litigation, enforcement).

She handles cases in the broad field of civil, commercial and administrative law.
In her work, in addition to merit, which is a priority, she values precision, trust and directness, which is fundamental in building a beneficial relationship with the client.

Dawid Kowalik

Legal Counsel

Legal counsel. Since 2015, he has been registered on the list of legal counsels kept by the District Chamber of Legal Counsels in Warsaw.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Rzeszów in 2008 and from postgraduate studies at Lazarski University in 2020 – Investment and construction process for lawyers. He gained experience in offices of legal counsels and public administration units.

In his work, he mainly deals with civil law issues, mainly in the field of contract and material law and the investment process in the broadest sense. He specialises in local government law, real estate law and public procurement law. In addition, he has practical experience in advising on business law.

He provides services to local government units and entrepreneurs, where, as part of his legal services, he, among other things, gives opinions on contracts and legal acts and provides representation in court disputes.

Kinga Książek

trainee legal counsel

She is undergoing training at the District Chamber of Legal Counsels in Warsaw. She obtained entry to the list of trainee legal counsels in 2021. She graduated from Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw. She gained experience in law firms as well as in Warsaw courts, including as an assistant judge in the District Court for the City of Warsaw in Warsaw in the civil department.

At the Firm, she is responsible for handling cases in the fields of civil law, family law and labour and social security law.
